// why

A spreadsheet remembers what you told it.

The job hunt is a hundred small decisions made tired: which resume did I send, when did they last reply, is this one dead. A spreadsheet holds the answers you remembered to type, and nothing else.

Here the board is the record. Moving a card stamps the date in the database, the numbers are computed from those stamps, and the AI reads the same rows you do — so “which ones are going stale” is a question with an answer.

// how it works

Three things, in the order a hunt needs them.

step 1

Keep one resume current

Upload a PDF or DOCX once. Hunt reads it into a structured profile you can edit, and every tailored version starts from there — dates as you wrote them, never normalised into precision the page did not have.

step 2

Tailor it to the posting

Paste a job description or a link. Get a rewritten resume, a match score with the keywords you are missing, and a cover letter — print-ready. Nothing is stated the original did not support.

step 3

Rehearse out loud

Check your mic and camera, join the room, and an interviewer built from that job description asks questions out loud. Interrupt it. Get scored from the transcript.

// what you get

Built for the hunt, not the admin.

A board you update by hand
Sent a resume? Drop it on the board. Drag it along as the process moves — screening, interview, offer — and the timeline writes itself.
Numbers, not vibes
Response rate, days to first reply, which sources actually convert. Stamped by the database when a status changes, so they cannot be fudged.

Ask about your pipeline
A chat that knows every application, every note and your resume. Which ones are going stale? What should the follow-up say?
