Terms of use

Last updated 5 October 2026

Euxie Hunt (“Hunt”) is a job-application tracker run by Euxie. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, including the usage telemetry it describes. If you do not agree, do not use Hunt.

Your applications

What you put in stays yours: your applications and notes, your resumes and the profile parsed from them, tailored versions, interview transcripts and recordings. Upload only what you have the right to store, and do not use Hunt for anything illegal or harmful to others. You can download a copy of your data from Account at any time.

The AI is a draft

Resume parsing, tailoring and its match score, cover letters, the chat, the application assistant and the mock interviewer run on Google's Gemini API and can be wrong. Check a tailored resume or a cover letter before you send it to an employer; what goes out under your name is your responsibility. The analytics count what you recorded on the board, not what an employer actually did.

Fair use of the service

Hunt is offered free of charge, and its AI is paid for by the person running it. Every account therefore has a daily allowance of AI usage, uploads and voice-interview minutes, and the service as a whole has a ceiling; the limits may change. Accounts that automate the service, scrape it or affect other users may be suspended or removed. The service may change or pause at any time, so export anything you cannot afford to lose.

Your account

One sign-in serves several Euxie apps. Deleting your Hunt account removes Hunt's data and files and signs you out; the sign-in itself stays for the other apps. Usage telemetry is kept separately — the privacy page says what it holds.

Emails

Emails about your account are sent when they are needed, and the daily digest only if you switch it on in Settings. Product news and offers are sent only if you opted in, at sign-up or under Account, and you can turn them off there at any time.

No warranty

Hunt is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and it is not careers, legal or hiring advice. To the extent the law allows, Euxie is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including lost data, a missed deadline or content a model produced. Questions go through the feedback form once signed in, or to the contact in /.well-known/security.txt.
